Who we are

What we collect

Nothing you type in: this site has no forms, no accounts, no cookies, and no analytics or tracking. Its fonts and images are served by the site itself, so no third party sees your visit through them.

Technical data

To deliver the pages and protect the site against abuse, our host processes the technical data every browser sends: your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in running a secure website (GDPR article 6(1)(f)).

Our host

Cloudflare, Inc. hosts the site and processes this data on our behalf. It may do so outside the European Union, including in the United States; such transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

How long

Technical logs are kept only as long as these purposes require, and no longer than 30 days unless they are needed to investigate a specific incident.

Your rights

You may ask for access to your data, its correction or deletion, or restriction of its use, or object to its use, by writing to info@debr.be. You may also complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority (Autorité de protection des données / Gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit), rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels, dataprotectionauthority.be.
